The ‘Gründerzeit’ house in the Rodenkirchen district was extensively modernised in 2013. As well as treating the existing windows and all wall and floor surfaces, the design placed tailor-made built-in furniture and the integration of comprehensive media and security technology at the forefront. In addition, the house gained new, high-quality bathrooms. The roof was fitted with fresh insulation and roofing, the folding shutters were added and various details were added to the exterior. As part of the revitalisation, we created a tasteful home to meet the heightened demands of the client.
