Residential house
in Cologne Weiß

When planning a home for a family of four in the Cologne district of Weiß, we produced a functionally formulated residential house that met the demands of a complex family life and, at the same time, the heightened design demands of the occupant, for a simple, aesthetically pleasing home. In close coordination with the clients, we developed a living space that was attractive in terms of space, structure and design. The cubist design language of the exterior architecture defines the appearance of the striking residential building. The remarkable exposed concrete wall at the front creates distance from the traffic on the main road and the heterogeneous neighbouring buildings, creating a sense of calm and security. The open sequence of rooms and flowing transition areas dominate the character of the interior space.
