We prepared a new use and revitalisation concept for the Fackelpassage in Kaiserslautern, a shopping passage from the 1970s with office spaces situated above, ideally positioned in the city centre. You enter the retail spaces via a forecourt leading from the central Fackelstraße. The main aspect of the revitalisation is this modern building part adjacent to the pedestrian area, supporting the identity of the structure. This fully glazed main development point serves as an eye-catcher and new address on Fackelstraße.
