The simplified and compressed architecture desired by the client fits into the sophisticated, homogeneous housing development casually, but with care, and is combined with efficient living space planning.

While the front facade facing the street is muted in terms of openings, the rear-facing facade with window surfaces reaching the ground is oriented towards the garden, which has a stock of mature trees and lots of green space, offering a pleasant ambience to the adjacent living space.
