Residential house in Cologne Hahnwald

The two-level residential house was built in the Cologne district of Hahnwald in 2016. The core element of the property is the outstanding swimming pool and adjacent wellness area on the top floor. This has become a personal recreational space that is integrated with en suite private rooms. The living area has been left open and is located on the ground floor. Natural stone coverings of matt grey Vals quartzite was chosen for the facade. The striking appearance continues into the interior space. The remarkable room ambience and the characteristic, corporeal architectural language emanate from this uniform layout.
