This residential house in Leichlingen is designed to provide space for a young family and encapsulate the impressive surroundings. The impressive location situated directly on the Wupper River was our motivation for making the breath-taking views of nature our design principle. Large window facades, some of which span the full length of the space, characterise the facade and cubature. The dark facade finish that we selected conveys tranquillity and retreat. Within the building, bright wall finishes and warm wood types radiate a cosy atmosphere.
